How to use your foot soak:
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of soak to a warm foot tub of water. Stir vigorously with your hand to fully disperse the soak.
Once dissolved, soak your feet for up to 30 minutes. Those with diabetic issues are not
encouraged to soak in very warm water. Depending upon your level of need, you can use up to 1 cup of soak. Due
to the possibility of oils in your soak, please use caution when exiting the tub since there may be a slip hazard.
Feel free to rinse your feet after your soak.
